No parking spot? Condo owners still on the hook for garage costs

Q:  I am a unit owner in a condominium association that has a parking garage, but not all units have a deeded parking unit. The garage is a common element. Maintenance and repairs to the garage are a line item in the budget, however , should those units that do not have a parking unit be responsible to pay their pro rata share of garage costs?     Read the Q&A……………
