People bring bridge troubles to council (IL)

It’s the bridge seven different homeowners associations have their eyes on. They sent a letter to the mayor and city council last month saying it’s in worse shape than other bridges IDOT officials are already considering fixing.  The group says, by getting the city’s attention, they’re in a better position to get IDOT to act.
