Can condo staff be used for personal tasks by residents?

Q: Our condominium rules provide owners may not use condominium staff for personal use, such as asking maintenance individuals to perform tasks inside the unit. Some owners are asking the board to turn a blind eye to this rule. What are the risks?    Read the Q&A…………
