Phoenixville (PA) Council discusses unapproved access to Schuylkill River Trail

“We’re being backed into a situation that was created by the HOA’s unauthorized access that now has dropped a major issue in our lap,” said council President James Kovaleski at last Tuesday’s meeting. “It’s an issue that needs to be addressed, I’ll give it that. But it’s an issue that was created by the HOA, so they need to be part of the solution.”    Read the article……….
