Plans move forward to install beach access gates in privately-owned Kailua (HI) neighborhood

Plans are moving forward to install three beach access gates in a privately-owned Kailua neighborhood, along Ka’apuni Drive.  The Ka’apuni Community Association says the gates will only be locked during the night, but residents are concerned it won’t stay that way for very long.     Read the article………….
