Plaza Towers flooding suit against GR revived (MI)

A lawsuit against the city of Grand Rapids sparked by historic flooding is moving forward.  In a decision released Friday, The Michigan Court of Appeals said Plaza Towers can proceed with its lawsuit against the city over damage caused by flooding in April 2013.    Read the article………..
