Mount Pleasant man’s battle for solar panels remains unsettled (SC)

Mount Pleasant resident Steve Zimmerman just wanted to get off the grid.  In December, Zimmerman moved into Lakeshore subdivision, a cozy little community of about 70 homes off bustling Rifle Range Road.  Soon after, he started investigating the possibility of having solar panels installed on the back and side of his Deep Water Drive house, approaching the homeowner’s board.   Read the article…………..
