Police search for suspect who allegedly broke into downtown condo, flooded building

Toronto police have released a security camera image of a man who allegedly broke into a condo downtown and caused a large flood in the building after damaging a pipe.  According to police, on Sunday Nov. 16, 2014, an unknown man walked into a building located at 21 Widmer Street, near Adelaide and John streets.     Read the article……….
