Watch programs popular in some neighborhoods (IL)

In the last year, some Springfield residents have turned to restarting Neighborhood Watch programs to improve safety and a sense of community where they live.  The Trevi Gardens Homeowners Association appointed a watch program coordinator early this year, while Iles Park residents began bimonthly Neighborhood Watch meetings with the police officer assigned to their area last fall.     Read the article…………….
