Pros, cons when HOA president joins property management firm

Question: Our HOA has a full-time management company working for us on-site. Our HOA president has taken a job with this management company as a licensed community association manager at a different property. Should this person remain president of our HOA? As president, he will be in direct control of our on-site property manager. How could the president raise a concern about the management company, without fear of losing his job?    Read the Q&A………….
