Purple playhouse decision goes to judge

A Jackson County judge has heard all sides of a case involving a purple playset in Lee’s Summit and will make a decision in one to two weeks.   A Lee Summit neighborhood’s attempt to foil a lawsuit over a swing set has failed.  About 30 neighbors filled the Raintree Lake Property Owners Association meeting Tuesday night to voice their outrage over the lawsuit that hit a crucial stage on Monday.  The judge will decide if a couple has to remove their children’s playset from their yard.  Read the article……….
