Reader asks how to compel board to start collecting reserves

Q: My homeowners’ association will be turning over from developer control in coming months.  The developer-controlled Board has not adopted any reserves, and we will inherit control of the Board with no reserves, and significant repairs will be needed in the future.  How do we compel the Board to start collecting reserves?     Read the Q&A…………..
