Not Many Dams Repaired After The Floods (SC)

A year after the flood and a number of dams still need repair but The Department of Health and Environmental Control says some progress has been made.  There were 51 DHEC regulated dams that were breached last year and so far only four have completed the repairs. Seven have completed the DHEC permit process and are now just waiting on construction to finish but the rest are either in talks with engineers or still trying to look for one.    Read the article……………
