‘Residents uniting’: HOA holds block party at Boulder’s Vista Village Mobile Home Park

Organizers of a block party at Boulder’s Vista Village Mobile Home Park on Saturday hoped the event, the first of its kind, will become an annual gathering and bring residents of the 300-home community closer together.  “It’s residents uniting, congregating and getting to know one another,” said Cynthia Holappa, president of the Vista Village Homeowners Association, which put on the party with some assistance from the city.    Read the article…………..
