Residents: Condo buildings in Moline Acres (MO) look like a ‘war zone’

Many nearby residents are calling the condemned Lewis and Clark Towers “a war zone” because the buildings are in such bad condition.  The buildings have graffiti, broken chairs on balconies, no electricity, and no water.
