Japan: Residents vote to rebuild entire defective condo complex in Yokohama

Residents in a scandal-hit condominium complex in Yokohama decided Monday to rebuild all four buildings, not just the one that is tilting because of defective pilings.  Construction will begin around next April and the new buildings are planned to be completed in about 3½ years, according to the residents and the Yokohama Municipal Government.     Read the article…………..
