Residents give Sugar Creek neighborhood its heart (SC)

Sugar Creek is far more than its mature trees and traditional homes. The community thrives because residents join together for fun and purpose, and in doing so, they give the neighborhood its heart.  Kevin Keilman serves as president of the homeowners association for Sugar Creek 1 and 4, known as the Sugar Creek Recreation Center. He and his family have lived in the neighborhood for 11 years.  “It’s very family friendly,” he said. “There are a lot of young families with children.
