Residents Trounce Landowner Looking to Redevelop Lauderhill Golf Course (FL)

A victory Wednesday before the Fourth District Court of Appeal means residents will get to keep their golf course views at the Inverrary community in Lauderhill.  But their good news is a blow for the investor who owns the course.
