Residents of local subdivision upset with HOA over flooded dog park (TX)

A flooded dog park and other maintenance issues have some Killeen residents fed up with their homeowners’ association. After paying nearly $400 in annual HOA fees, some say they are not seeing where that money is going.  “Where’s the money? It’s obviously not going back into fix our facilities or make sure that I can take my dog to the park any time I want to,” Yowell Ranch resident Connie Yarbrough said.  Homeowners in the Yowell Ranch neighborhood in Killeen said Tuesday they had been dealing with dripping water and flooded grass at their dog park for more than a month.    Read the article…………
