Residents weigh in on condo regulations (AB)

Hundreds of condominium dwellers weighed in on future regulations at an open house last Thursday.  The provincial government passed the Condominium Property Amendment Act in December of 2014 and set up a general framework for regulations, but none of those sections have been proclaimed because the regulations need to be developed.  For example: the legislation allows for a condominium dispute tribunal, but its powers, format and structure still need to be determined.    Read the article…………….
