Restrictions on bathrooms could lead to violation

Q: One member of our condominium association’s board of directors wants to adopt a rule for our clubhouse bathrooms saying that you can only use the bathroom that corresponds to the gender on your birth certificate. He’s been going door to door in the building trying to get people on his side. The rest of us on the board think this is ridiculous, but is there any law or case law we can point out in order to get him to leave this alone?   Read the Q&A………….
