New restrictions for grills on condo and apartment decks (MO)

No charcoal grills will be allowed on decks and balconies of condos and apartments in Osage Beach effective Jan. 1 unless there is a sprinkler system in place on the decks.  But gas grills got a reprieve if certain rules are followed.  That was the decision made by the Osage Beach Fire Protection District Board of Directors recently after many discussions including hosting a public hearing to seek input on a variety of Fire Safety Committee recommendations.     Read the article…………….
