Water returns to Benton Harbor (apartment) complex (MI) -really a condo

The water is flowing again at a Benton Harbor apartment complex after almost three days or residents hauling buckets from the St. Joseph River.  Mayor Marcus Muhammad reported that city staff resumed water Friday night to the New Harbor Condominum Assocation, formerly the Captain’s Quarters motel, along Riverview Drive. The city shut off water for unpaid bills Wednesday afternoon, forcing residents to use buckets and jugs to retrieve water from the river.    Read the article……………
