HOA orders blue ribbons honoring officers to come down

The row of ribbons first appeared in the neighborhood’s common area several days ago after the police massacre in Dallas. It stretched for about two miles through the Cypresswood subdivision and warmed the hearts of some deputies who patrol the area.  But on Tuesday, the neighborhood HOA sent out an email asking the anonymous resident who erected the display to help take the ribbons down.    Read the article…………..
