Rule F9 Revised with Respect to Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest

Prior to the most recent changes, managers would have been required to disclose “perceived” conflicts. This is no longer the case. However, managers should be aware that under the proposed Permanent Rule F9 of the Community Association Manager Licensing Rules you must disclose any actual or potential conflicts that may arise in the conduct of your management duties.   Read more………
