New HOA rules may affect tenants (ID)

The homeowners’ association in a north Driggs neighborhood has amended its Rules and Regulations in a way that might cause some evictions this winter.  The Buffalo Junction Homeowners’ Association added a new rule stating that condo owners can only rent directly to tenants. The rule prohibits all forms of subletting and stipulates that use of a property management company or property manager is a form of subletting. This is problematic because some of the tenants in Buffalo Junction are renting from property management companies.    Read the article…………….
