New HOA rules may affect tenants (ID)

The homeowners’ association in a north Driggs neighborhood has amended its Rules and Regulations in a way that might cause some evictions this winter.  The Buffalo Junction Homeowners’ Association added a new rule stating that condo owners can only rent directly to tenants. The rule prohibits all forms of subletting and stipulates that use of a property management company or property manager is a form of subletting. This is problematic because some of the tenants in Buffalo Junction are renting from property management companies.  Local company Grand Valley Lodging manages three properties in Buffalo Junction. They rent only to families, as per the previous rules set by the HOA.    Read the article………….
