Second beleagured golf community goes to court (AZ)

A second Ahwatukee golf community has become embroiled in a lawsuit over conditions of its course, generating a three-way fight involving its owner, the homeowners association, and hundreds of residents.  The Club West HOA in July filed a lawsuit in state Superior Court against four companies connected with owner Wilson Gee, accusing them of “not operating the golf course at the contractually required level equal to or exceeding other upscale public courses.”    Read the article…………..
