Second community hit by HOA with demands to paint homes (AZ)

A second neighborhood in Southern Arizona is being hit by demands from their homeowner’s association. Residents tell Nine On Your Side that about 300 people living in the Los Arroyos community were told they needed to paint their homes in Green Valley.
