Suit settlement allows couple to continue to build home (MI)

A couple whose homeowners’ association slapped them with a lawsuit will not stop building their new home, tear it down and start over. The band saws will buzz on, now that the suit has been settled out of court.  Ralph and Sharon Hazen reached a settlement with the North Shore Village Association, which sued them for changing building plans slightly. A hearing on a motion for a preliminary injunction set for today afternoon in Livingston County 44th Circuit Court was cancelled.    Read the article…………..
