Shenandoah Estates subdivision homeowners receive American flags in yards (LA)

American flags have been provided free of charge to the residents of Shenandoah Estates for display from Memorial Day through Independence Day.  The Shenandoah Estates Crime Prevention and Improvement District and the Shenandoah Estates Homeowners Association sponsored the 12-inch by 18-inch flags in the front yard of every lot in the subdivision.    Read the article…………..
