Short-term rental issue in Smithfield (PA) now in judge’s hands

Wolfe issued notices in October 2014 that Barbara and Larry Guarino violated the Smithfield zoning ordinance by conducting short-term vacation rentals in two single-family homes the Gaurino’s own in Shawnee Valley.
