Why should we upgrade our condo lobby when it’s in perfectly good shape?

Q. Some of our condo owners feel that our front lobby needs a facelift. Even though the lobby of our building is outdated, it is still in very good shape. We feel it’s not important to remodel but just maintain our current lobby. Most owners do not agree with us. Isn’t it a waste of money to remodel our lobby when it is not really necessary?
