Shutting down loud neighbours in shared courtyard: Condo Law

We’ve had complaints from owners whose units back onto a courtyard where residents are loitering, smoking, drinking and partying into the night. The board sent out a notice saying that the courtyard is not to be used in that manner. Can the notice be enforced?   Read the Q&A………….
