Silver Spring (MD) condo building hit by 2nd fire in less than 72 hours

A high-rise residential building in Silver Spring has had two fires in less than 72 hours, Montgomery County fire officials say.  Firefighters responded to an electrical fire Saturday night and another one Tuesday afternoon at the University Towers in the 1100 block of University Drive.
