Silverstone owner offers to give some land to adjoining property owners (NV)

The new owner of Silverstone Golf Course has offered a potential solution to stave off the lawsuit he’s facing from homeowners: give away more than half of the land to adjoining property owners.  Ronald Richards of Desert Lifestyles LLC said giving a portion of the golf course to the neighbors would expand their lot sizes and increase their property values while allowing a “bankrupt business model” to be turned into something else.    Read the article………..
