A win-win situation for horses and homeowners (ID)

The Saddleback Vistas HOA reached out to Valley Advocates for Responsible Development (VARD) for help revitalizing the arena site. VARD put the HOA in touch with HAPI Trails and helped facilitate the contracts for HAPI Trails to take over the equestrian facilities.  “It’s the result of several months of productive negotiations and good communication between our three organizations,” said VARD Program Director Anna Trentadue. “I think it serves as a valuable example of what good can be accomplished with open minds and cooperative spirits.   Read the article……….
