During an irrigation fee analysis earlier this summer, the City of Victor revealed a clerical error that meant the residents of the Golf Vista subdivision southeast of town were paying too much for irrigation.  The City of Victor charges property owners within old town Victor and in Golf Vista for their Trail Creek Irrigation shares and for line maintenance. The city was not tasked with maintaining the lines at Golf Vista, so people in that neighborhood were being charged for services they didn’t receive, to the tune of around $6 or $7 per year since 2011.     Read the article…………….
