Social Media in Community Associations

Time and time again, I have seen too many communities go “online” without really having a plan. The end result is usually a disorganized free-flow of ideas and information that serves no real purpose aside from being able to say that the community is online. Instead of simply throwing content on a website, the community’s leaders should determine exactly why they want the community to be online.
