Solon wants ban on condo reservation fees

A congressman from Masbate is seeking to ban requiring buyers of real estate and condominium units to pay reservation or other fees prior to their submission of documentary requirements.  Masbate 3rd District Rep. Scott Davies Lanete has filed House Bill 5964, which bans reservation fees for real estate and condominium units to ensure the protection of the buyers.     Read the article………..
