Condo boards can specify that only unit owners or their spouses be elected

Q: My condo corporation has a bylaw that says at any person elected to the board of directors must be an owner of a unit in the condo, or the spouse of an owner. I was told that the bylaw is contrary to the Condominium Act and unenforceable. Is that true?    Read the Q&A…………..
