Fire Sprinklers Getting A Boost At Three Lakefront Condo Complexes (MO)

Three lakefront condo complexes are taking the next step to upgrade their fire sprinklers.  The Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District has approved plans for upgrades to the TT water system that supplies the fire sprinklers to the Nantucket Bay, Westside Bay, and RCI Condominium complexes on Route TT in Sunrise Beach.  The fire district, working with a professional fire protection engineer had determined that the water supply to these sprinkler systems would not meet the performance criteria in the local fire codes and the NFPA standards. The SBFPD board of directors sent a letter in the fall of 2016 to all of the owners in the condominium complexes advising them that the water supply system was not up to code.    Read the article……………….
