Strata laws rushed without research, says NSW opposition

New strata laws contained gaping holes and were rushed through NSW Parliament before a major research report was published, the state opposition says.  But the government says the report by the University of NSW City Futures Research Centre was considered in detail and many recommendations incorporated into the new laws.     Read the article………….
