Strata law reforms open flood gates for savvy home owners

Owners of commercial and residential strata properties are preparing for a wave of sales under the December 2016 strata law reform legislation.   Under the scheme, with 75 per cent of owners agreeing, the building can be sold. For developers and owners of older style strata dwellings, the collective sale can provide a windfall. For some residences this can be vastly more than what they could generate through an individual sale.    Read the article……………
