Condo Culture: Reserve fund studies mandatory, not optional

Q. I am a condo owner who just found out that our corporation has not completed a reserve fund study since 2012. I have read that reserve fund studies must be completed every three years. Is this correct? I am concerned that if major repairs become necessary we will not have enough money in the reserve fund to cover them. Your comments would be welcome.    Read the Q&A……………..
