Sugar Grove subdivision building on lawsuit success (IL)

Signs of new life are everywhere this spring in our Fox Valley neighborhoods … and I’m not talking about freshly hatched chicks or multi-hued tulips.  Big machinery is rolling. Earth is moving. Building signs are sprouting up.
