Summary of HB 1237, Relating to Condominiums (FL)

HB 1237 (SB 1246), sponsored by Rep. Diaz and Sen. Garcia and Sen. Rodriguez, passed the House and Senate this week and now heads to the Governor for consideration. If approved by the Governor, the new law will be effective on July 1, 2017 (except the provision regarding websites will be effective on July 1, 2018).
