Summerville neighborhood looks to council for flooding solution (SC)

More than a month after Hurricane Matthew, some affected homeowners in Summerville say the real fix has not come.  At least a dozen homes were flooded last month and previously in October 2015 in the Arbor Oaks neighborhood.  Arbor Oaks HOA Vice President Melanie Yurczak says she and other neighbors believe the flooding will become more common until the town mitigates the drainage issue. “We don’t have any answers for the short term,” said Yurczak.   Read the article…………
