Summit County (CO) man sentenced to 90 days of jail for embezzling from HOA

A former financial administrator for the Enclave Homeowners Association, Robert Dwight Polich was sentenced to 90 days of prison and four years of probation on Monday, July 18, after pleading guilty to class-four felony theft.
