Sunnyside condo board has history of vindictiveness, sticking owners it hates with huge fees, according to suit (NY)

The condo board from hell– known for allowing images of Hitler and the Confederacy to go up in the lobby–has waged war with some of the unit owners by systematically jacking up fees and imposing hefty fines, according to a lawsuit.  The suit, filed in the NY Supreme Court for Queens County in April, alleges that the “out of control” board has been putting in place arbitrary fines and harassing people– and the suit focuses heavily on one defendant in particular—Neal Milano, the building’s property manager. The suit seeks damages from the board as well as the individual board members.    Read the article…………….
